Keaira Anderson is the Founder of Real Estate Matchmakers, a St. Louis–based real estate collaborative delivering experienced, service-driven representation across luxury, corporate, and sports and entertainment real estate.
A native St. Louisan and graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned her Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Economic Development, Keaira approaches real estate through the lens of capacity building, professional integrity, and disciplined execution. Her academic training continues to influence how she serves, grounding her leadership in competency, preparation, and long-term impact.
Her path into real estate was intentional. Beginning in pre-law before transitioning into social work as a preventative strategy for community development, Keaira has consistently focused on strengthening systems that influence economic mobility, including homeownership. That perspective shapes how she negotiates, advises, and advocates for her clients today.
